spaYummy Spaghetti

Ingredients

1 lb Spaghetti

4 carrots

1 cup cashews

1 cup mushrooms

1 onion

sesame seeds

cilantro

salt to taste

Preparation

1 Cook the carrots and cashews until the carrots get soft and the cashews little roasted

2 Put the carrots and cashews in a blender util they become a thick paste

3 After the spaghetti  is cooked, put it in a pan with  the onions, mushrooms, sesame seeds, cilantro and the  sauce, stir for about  4 minutes and voila! is ready!

 

 

Spicy Fried Beans

Ingredients

1 lb Beans(pinto, black, kidney)

1 cup Parsley

1 Onionsfritos

Olive oil

Salt

1 pepper

Preparation

1 Soak beans overnight

2 Boil them until they are soft

3 Pour the oil into the preheated pan with onions and peppers, Put the beans in the pan with a cup of the beans water and mash them with the parsley .

 

Green Chicken

Ingredients

1 avocado

2 garlic clovesgreen

1 onion

cilantro

1/2 cup of milk

1 cup of spinach

2-3 chicken breasts

Preparation

1 Blend the avocado, cilantro, milk, garlic and half of the onion

2 cook the chicken with the other half of the onion an spinach

3. Pour the sauce in the chicken and stir for a minute. You can serve it with rice
